Haridwar “The City of Temples” is the gateway to Uttarakhand and for Char Dham Yatra as well, Haridwar has its own value, the Haridwar city is located at the bank of the holy river Ganga, Ganga Aarti at the time of sunrise and sunset is the main attraction of every traveler. Where this Ganga Aarti takes place is known as Har Ki Pauri.
I born in Ramnagar (Jim Corbett National Park) city in Nainital district which lies in the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. I have visited many places in Uttarakhand. When I visited the Garhwal region during my holy journey towards the Char Dham, I realized that the Garhwal is more beautiful and pretty than Kumaon. The Garhwal region has tall rock mountains whereas the Kumaon region has a green mountain.
